Pauline was appointed as an independent Trustee of the Ngati Te Whiti Whenua Topu by the Maori Land Court on the 28 November 2017. Pauline was Chairperson of the Trust from April 2018 until she was appointed as an Advisory Trustee by the Maori Land Court on the 23 April 2021.

Pauline is an independent contractor to the Trust in the role as the General Manager.

Pauline was a partner in PwC for 20 years until 2010.

Pauline has had numerous governance roles, being:

• A member of the Taranaki District Health Board from 2010 until 2021 and was the Chairperson for six years from 2013 to 2019
• Chairperson of Te Tai Pari Trust for 3 years from 2019
• Director of Landcorp Farming Limited from 2012 to 2018. She was also the Chairperson of the Audit and Due Diligence Committee
• Director of New Zealand Health Partnerships from 2018 to 2020. She was also the Chairperson of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee
• Director of Worksafe NZ for years from 2022 to 2024

Pauline is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Chartered and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
