Pauline was appointed as an independent director of the Ngati Te Whiti Whenua Topu by the Maori Land Court on the 28 November 2017. Pauline was Chairperson of the Trust from April 2018 until she was appointed as an Advisory Trustee by the Maori Land Court on the 23 April 2021.
Pauline is a member of the board of the Taranaki District Health Board. Pauline has been
on the Taranaki District Health Board since 2010 and was the Chairperson for six years from 2013 to 2019.
Pauline is the Chairperson of the Board that is responsible for the distribution of funds from the Waitara Perpetual Fund. This appointment occurred in 2019.
Pauline was a Director of Landcorp Farming Limited from 2010 to 2016. She was also the Chairperson of the Audit and Due Diligence Committee for Landcorp Farming Limited. Pauline was a Director of New Zealand Health Partnerships from 2018 to 2020. She was also the Chairperson of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee for New Zealand Health Partnerships Limited.
Pauline was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 20 years until her retirement in June 2010. During this time she acted in an advisory capacity to her many and varied clients both commercial and farming.
Pauline was admitted as a Chartered Accountant to the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1979. She was made a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2013.
Pauline is a Charter Member of the Institute of Directors.
