Notice of AGM and Wananga 2022

For those whanau travelling to the hui from outside of Taranaki and requiring accommodation, the Trustees would like to ensure you have a place to stay.,

To this end, the Trustees are pleased to advise that they have reserved limited rooms at the Novotel, New Plymouth for the nights of the 12^th and 13^th March 2022 for those Hapu members who need to travel to Taranaki for these events.

Please note the following:

• A credit card will be required to guarantee your booking but will not be charged unless you use room service or consume products supplied by the Novotel in your room.
• If you need to cancel your room, you must do so 7 days before the 12^th of March 2022.  After 7 days full cancellation charges will apply (equivalent to the nights booked).  These charges will be at your cost.
• Because the Trustees would like those travelling to Taranaki to have a place to stay, this opportunity is not available to those who live in Taranaki.
